Rooted on the historic grounds of the St. Paul Union Stockyards, our St. Paul facility carries more than a century of meat‑processing know‑how. It grew through eras, including its Iowa Pork Plant chapter, earning a reputation for reliability and quality along the way. US Foods® acquired the operation in 1998 and rebranded it as Stock Yards, building on that legacy. Today, under Stock Yards Collective, the tradition continues: proven quality, unshakable consistency.
