Falafel in Chickpea Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Hilltop Hearth® Cilantro Chickpea Wrap
  • 4 ea.
    Falafel, cooked
  • 3/4 c
    Monarch® Green Chickpeas
  • 1 ea.
    Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 T
    Rykoff Sexton® Tahini Paste
  • 1 T
    Olive Oil
  • 1 T
    Monarch Pickled Red Onions
  • 2 T
    Tzatziki
  • 1/2 T
    Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Chopped Cilantro

Preparation

For hummus:

  1. Place green chickpeas in blender; while running, add olive oil. 
  2. Turn off and add rest of items. Purée until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
    Assemble wrap:
  3. Fry falafel and assemble by smearing hummus, then layer each item. 
  4. Roll up and toast.
